Well here is my 2 cents worth:
I think that preventive medicine is the best. Hebrews 3:13But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. And Hebrews 10:24And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works: 25 Not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
So you can see if we interact daily with each other and actually think before hand what we can do to build each other up that would help a lot. Of course if they are already sick then I would be mindful not to bend the bruise reed. However once they are over their spiritual sickness it is very important to discover what caused it. In 2 Cor 10:Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; 6And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
Thanks again for your show,
for the sake of his sorrowful passion,
