Praying the Jesus Prayer
In the first episode, I start testing out all this technology and talk a bit about the Jesus Prayer.
The Jesus Prayer is an ancient Eastern Christian prayer used to center our attention upon the Saving Lord and to fulfill the mandate of the New Testament that we pray always. You can find more information about the Jesus Prayer in the following books:

I really enjoyed your podcast. I am trying to include the Jesus prayer in my daily spirituality. I too am trying to do a podcast. Mine is about living the "4th day" after a Cursillo weekend. Going Fourth is the name of it.
The only comment I would have is you should produce your show a little louder. I use a program called MP3Gain, you can google for it, and when you're done, you run this program, set your MP3 to 93db.
Keep up the great work, and thank you for teach me the Jesus Prayer.
